Privacy & Community Rules
A clear guide to protecting member information, company information, transaction records and private communications.
Information handled by the platform
EVRONTIS may process information needed to operate and protect a member account, verify requests, provide support and keep operational records. This can include registration and contact information, identity or KYC information, wallet and transaction references, account activity, device or IP security records, and communications sent through official support channels.
Information is used to provide account access, display balances and activity, process submitted requests and respond to support enquiries.
Records may be used to verify transactions, detect misuse, protect accounts, investigate technical incidents and meet applicable obligations.
Information may be disclosed to authorized operators, necessary service or payment providers, or lawful authorities where required or permitted.
Security note: No online service can promise absolute security. Members should use a strong unique password, keep verification codes private and report unexpected activity immediately.
Do not expose private company or personal information
A member must not, without authorization or another lawful basis, expose, publish, forward, sell or otherwise disclose non-public EVRONTIS company information or another person’s personal, account, transaction, support or security details—either on the platform or outside it.
This rule applies to social media, public posts, websites, forums, livestreams, email, messaging applications, private groups, printed material and face-to-face distribution. It includes screenshots, recordings, copied messages and partial records that could identify a person or reveal protected operations.
- Names, phone numbers, email addresses, identity documents and KYC material
- Balances, deposit or withdrawal records, wallet addresses, transaction references and account IDs
- Passwords, verification codes, recovery details, security alerts and device or IP information
- Private support conversations, staff communications and non-public operational or company documents
This confidentiality rule does not prevent anyone from reporting suspected crime, fraud, abuse or a security incident to lawful authorities or regulators, seeking independent legal advice, exercising a legal right, or making another disclosure protected by applicable law.
Rules every member should follow
Never share a password, verification code or recovery information, and never ask another member for theirs.
Do not reveal company-confidential information or another person’s private details on or off the platform.
Do not post a dashboard, message or transaction image if it exposes names, balances, wallet details, IDs or private communications.
Do not pose as staff, create misleading support channels, request funds privately or pressure another person to disclose information.
Use the verified domain, deposit pages and support links shown by the system. Treat unofficial payment or account instructions as suspicious.
If private information is sent to the wrong person, posted accidentally or accessed unexpectedly, contact official support immediately.
Reported misuse may be reviewed and proportionate protective action may be taken where permitted, including removing exposed content, securing an affected account or restricting access while an incident is investigated.
Your privacy choices
You may ask the official support team to help you review or correct account information, understand how a record is being used, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained for account security, transaction integrity, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements.
